Wholesale Returns & Authorizations
We will accept your return for a full refund of your purchase price if the return is made within 30 days of original purchase.
Please check your order in full upon receipt. If damage in shipment occurs please contact us immediately so that we may report the claim to our shipping providers.
Any missing or damaged merchandise must be reported through our customer service department within 30 days of shipment.
All returns require a return authorization number (RMA#). All return shipments must have the RMA# written on the outside of the box or carton(s). We will credit your account for the merchandise that has been reported to our customer support team. A restocking fee may be assessed for any unauthorized item returned. Price at Time of Shipping
Please be aware that if orders are set to ship at a future date pricing will reflect the date of shipping, not product pricing at the time of ordering. If the price is different when the order ships, the final invoice will reflect the price at the time of the shipment. Wholesale Shipping Information
All wholesale orders are charged a flat freight percentage. Freight charges are factored based on the list price of the items invoiced. All shipments are FOB Edgerton, Kansas. Please contact Customre Care at 888.336.3226 or at email@example.com to obtain flat rate guidelines.
