Step 1. Placing Your First Order
Use the website navigation to explore product categories or catalogs. Select your favorite category to begin browsing and discover the items that fit your needs.
Step 2. Start Filtering Products
Use the left-side navigation to narrow your search. Filter products by categories, catalogs or seasonal themes to find the perfect items for your store.
Step 3. Hover or Click on a Product
To add a product to your cart, hover over the product to view options or click to read detailed descriptions. Make your selection and proceed to add it to your cart.
Step 4. Adding to Your Cart
Click on the product you're interested in to view more details, select quantities and add it to your cart. Ensure that you meet the minimum order requirements before proceeding.
Step 5. Review Your Shopping Cart
Review the items in your shopping cart to ensure accuracy. Adjust quantities, manage shipping dates or remove items as needed before proceeding to checkout.
Step 6. Complete Your Checkout
View your cart total and apply any promotions or rewards if available. Once satisfied, click Complete Checkout to finalize your order.

Log in to your account by selecting the dropdown menu at the top of the page. Navigate to your dashboard to access features like Quick Order, Saved Carts and more.
Step 2. Understanding How to Navigate
Familiarize yourself with the layout of the portal. Use the navigation menu to access key areas such as catalogs, marketing tools and your account settings.
Step 3. Placing & Managing Orders
View your saved carts, recent orders and shipping details directly from the dashboard. Use the Quick Order feature to streamline large purchases.
Step 4. Payments & Statements
Access your payment options, view past invoices and check available credits. Stay on top of your payment history and manage your statements with ease.
Step 5. Account Settings
Update your account details, manage user permissions and submit claim requests as needed. Ensure your account information is always up-to-date.

Retailer Catalogs
Step 1. Navigate to the Portal
Access the portal by selecting your account from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. Navigate to the desired section like catalogs to get started
Step 2. Select the Catalog
Browse through the available catalogs and select the one that fits your needs. Click on the catalog cover to explore products.
Step 3. Shopping the Catalog
View the products in the selected catalog. Browse through detailed descriptions, images and pricing to make your selections.
Step 4. Adding to the Cart
Click on the product and use the quantity selector to specify the number of items. Ensure the quantity meets the minimum order requirements before clicking Add to Cart.
Step 5. Checkout
Once your items are added to the cart, proceed to checkout by clicking View Bag & Checkout. Review your order and confirm the details.
