DYK: Test Store 2nd Quarter Learnings

In preparation for third and fourth quarter, here are second quarter findings and consumer insights we've learned from our own retail test store over the past few months! 

  • Get ready for the holiday season NOW! Customers will be shopping earlier than ever. Help them prepare for the season of giving by stocking your shelves with holiday products sooner rather than later.
  • Host an outdoor event. Offer a movie night, ladies night or something similar to build community and brand awareness. Provide season-specific refreshments such as lemonade, cider or hot chocolate. 

**Tip: Just in case Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, have a backup plan!

  • We've found great success partnering with local vendors. To find local companies who's product will complement yours, visit surrounding markets in your community — inspiration and creativity is everywhere!


Offer a Loyalty Program! Why? Not only will it encourage your biggest fans to come back and shop with you again and again, but it will also bring new customers into your store. Finding a program that works for you can look many different ways. You can offer a tiered program with various reward packages or you can provide awesome incentives.
